All cancellations must be notified within a 24-hour period to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellations after the 24-hour period will be charged 50% of services booked.

All appointments require a credit card on file in order to schedule, this card will not be charged unless necessary for cancellations/no-show fees.

Source Vitality only offers therapeutic massage for holistic wellness purposes. No sexual solicitation is tolerated. At any time, should the therapist feel uncomfortable servicing you, we reserve the right to end the session and not reschedule.

Age requirement

Guests under 18 must have parental consent to receive treatment.

Gift certificates

A wonderful gift for any occasion. Gift certificates are treated as cash, and all stolen or lost certificates are not replaceable. All certificate sales are final. Certificates are valid for one year. Must be presented at time of service, with no exceptions.

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and Venmo. Sorry, no personal checks.

Gratuities

Gratuities are greatly appreciated. If you are happy with your service, it is customary to tip 20-25% of the full price in gratuity to your therapist.
